Cancellation policy

At Maid For You, we pride ourselves in providing

quality work for quality people!

We believe and focus on saving our customers while also treating our staff with the utmost respect.  

 

We feel a sense of responsibility in ensuring our staff does not experience a loss of income due to cancellations.

Allowed Appointment Cancellations

  • Monthly Routine -    1 visit per calendar year

  • Bi-Weekly Routine - 2 visits per calendar year

  • Weekly Routine -      4 visits per calendar year

​

To avoid cancellations, please reschedule your cleaning within 5 days of the original appointment.

​

Cancellation Fee

Upon exceeding the allowable days, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. Not being able to access your home on the day of the cleaning will count as a billable cancellation.

​

Staff Substitution

If your regular staff member is not available for your cleaning, we will automatically send out a substitute so you do not experience a disruption in service. 

​

Extended Leave

If you need to pause services for a specific length of time, please contact our office to make arrangements to avoid cancellation fees.
